Scholar Primary School was established on October 27, 2017 with the approval of the Yinzhou District People's Government. It is a public full-time education primary school with a total land area of 28,435 square meters and a total construction area of 33,435 square meters. In order to cultivate talents who adapt to the society, the school has established the vision of "a school that can see the future", and initially formed the school pattern of the three major campuses of "1-6-e".

From September 2018 to January 2020, Scholar Primary School temporarily borrowed the Yinzhou Foreign Language Middle School campus to enroll students and enrolled 585 freshmen in 2018 and 2019 respectively, with a total of 13 teaching classes. In the 2018 school year, the school has successively completed the "Scholar Primary School Program of Action" and passed the three-year development planning demonstration and implementation, and was awarded "Zhejiang Provincial Standardization School of Compulsory Education" and "Yinzhou District Civilized School". In February 2020, it was officially relocated to No. 55 Taian Middle Road, Shounan Street.

 

Cooperation History

On November 27, 2019, Monroe Elementary School in the School District of Janesville School, Wisconsin, USA and Scholar Primary School in Yinzhou District, Ningbo City became sister schools. Dr. Robert Smiley, Executive Deputy Director of the Janesville City School District and Head of International Program, and Ms. Zhou Peili, Principal of Ningbo Yinzhou District Scholar Primary School, respectively signed the MOU on behalf of Monroe Elementary School and Scholar Primary School.
