W<\/span>isconsin has been well-known in its strength in education and also a state with top education resources for a long time. Wisconsin School Districts are specialized in developing intentional Education Exchange activities, supported by Wisconsin State Government and led by Wisconsin University system, consisting of reputed school districts like School District of Janesville, School District of Marshfield, Wauwatosa School District, Ripon Area School District, Wisconsin Rapids School District , Greenlake School District soon, it brings together many famous elementary schools, middle schools and high schools. \u00a0 Since 2013, US Wisconsin School Districts have been working on promoting Sino-US education exchange activities in China. So far Us School Districts have set a representative office in Shanghai and Nanjing. US School Districts have also established strategic partnerships with many Chinese education bureaus in multiple cities like Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou,Ningbo, Hefei and so on. The key program includes: 156 sister school relationship has been established between Chinese and American schools: Over 800 Chinese students participate in Spring. Fall and Winter American Class immersion and Summer Academy, increasing by year; over 50 American teachers and experts in education come to China and hold a two-week long lecture: Over 1000 Chinese students have participated in American Summer Camp in China to experience genuine American class without leaving China; Over 100 American students participate in Chinese Class lmmersion, increasing by year; US School Districts welcome Chinese Education Groups to visit and exchange. \u00a0 In 2023, CESA, Wisconsin, USA entered China for the first time. CESA is part of the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and is responsible for administering and providing services and support to the 74 municipal public school boards in the southern Wisconsin regions of Dane, Green, Jefferson, Kenosha, Racine, Rock and Walworth. CESA strives to be a leader in education through its services and support to district and city education boards, universities, and businesses. CESA is governed by Section 116.01 of the Wisconsin Statutes, manages and serves the local Education Bureau, and is overseen by the State Department of Public Education and the State Department of Education. Funding for CESA’s programs and services comes from state and federal grants, fees for professional development workshops, and fees paid for specific services.
