On September 28, students from Nanjing Hexi Foreign Language School embarked on an 11-day educational trip to Washington, D.C., for the “Step into American Classrooms” cultural exchange program. During this journey, the students immersed themselves in the daily teaching activities of American schools and studied alongside local peers, embarking on a cross-cultural exchange filled with challenges and rewarding experiences.
As part of their visit, the students explored iconic landmarks such as the National Gallery of Art, the National Air and Space Museum, the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the Library of Congress. They then officially joined Veritas School for an immersive classroom experience. There, they followed the American school system and schedule, gaining a comprehensive understanding of campus life in the United States.
