In 2024, facilitated by the coordination of the U.S. Public Education Bureau, Forres Sandle Manor School from the UK officially established sister-school relations with Nanjing Normal University Primary School. Since signing the sister-school agreement, the two institutions have maintained close exchanges and cooperation. In July 2024, the first delegation of teachers and students from Nanjing Normal University Primary School traveled to the UK for a two-week immersive learning and cultural exchange program.
On March 18, 2025, Professor William Peak, Headmaster of Forres Sandle Manor School, led a delegation for a return visit to Nanjing Normal University Primary School. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding enhanced educational collaboration. In the morning, accompanied by Director Wang, Headmaster Peak and his delegation first visited the Dewey Academy History Museum on campus. Following the tour, Headmaster Peak personally conducted a drama class for students, employing vivid and engaging teaching methods that allowed participants to experience the charm of drama education in a relaxed atmosphere.
Subsequently, representatives from both schools held a symposium in the conference room. The visit concluded with a commemorative group photo in front of Dewey Academy, capturing this memorable occasion. This reciprocal visit not only strengthened the friendship and cooperation between the two schools but also laid a solid foundation for future educational exchanges and collaborative development.
